Who we are
Yellowclip is a design studio in San Salvador, El Salvador. You can use this site without creating an account and without giving us any data.
What data we collect
We only collect data when you write to us through the contact form:
- Name and email (required).
- Company, phone or WhatsApp, service you need and approximate budget (optional).
- Your message and the language you used on the site.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare the diagnosis call and a proposal. Our basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered by email to hola@yellowclip.com. It passes through our web hosting and email provider, which processes it only to deliver it. We do not share it with other companies.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one preference in your browser, the language you chose (ES or EN), so the site opens in that language. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them and Google can see your IP address.
Spam protection
To prevent automated submissions, the form temporarily stores, for up to one hour, an encoded version of your IP address and the time of your submissions. It is not linked to the content of your message.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that comes from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Write to hola@yellowclip.com and we will reply within 24 business hours.
